Under this plan, we will assign a dedicated technical staff or team for your company who will work on your helpdesk tickets, handle live chat requests, and monitor your servers.

If required, the dedicated tech shall handle server admin tasks too for you. You can avail backup support staff for your dedicated staff as an option.

  • Technicians work any six days in a week under this plan. We charge $800 per technician. Level 3 technicians are dedicated for you. They take care of the day to day tasks like handling support desks, monitoring servers.
  • Dedicated Level 2 Technician - $550/month (Less than $2.23/hour!)
  • Dedicated Level 3 Technician - $800/month (Less than $3.72/hour!)

  • Dedicated Level 3 Team (4 Admins) - $2900 ($725 per tech)
   
Terms & Conditions
   
  • Live chat support covers level 1/2 issues only. If needed, support technicians may submit a ticket on the client’s behalf on higher level issues.
  • Depending on the support technician’s expertise, they may not be able to handle tickets greater than their ability. Hence, you are highly recommended to hire our level 3 technicians, which is also cheaper than most other companies out there. Contact us for more information.
